Buka Puasa With PPKTJ Students November, Eco Resort, Ulu Yam

The Opening Appetizer...

The day we went there the sky was so blue but along the way it rained cats and dogs. However it expected as the black clouds gathered around us escorting us to our destination. Along the way as usual we saw cars and trucks but one view got my attention. The view of a lake with the mountains as its background. With the sky reflected on its surface, it is amazing how we do not notice the enchanting views that surround us all the time. By the time we reached our destination it had gotten quite dark. It is quite funny knowing that all of us would get wet if we leave the bus but the most sarcastic thing is that our buses were not allowed to entered the resort area. So with heavy heart we left our 'sanctuary' and went to the resort on foot.

As anticipated the food were laid in a line with the lit not removed and were waiting for us to 'finish' them off but we must wait for our sensei(s) to arrive. Well as usual we would see the guys trying to find the best spot for themselves. However Aminah sensei interfered and found a nice spot for the girls. With the guys grumbling it was settled. With we wait for our guests we had quite some fun chatting and taking pictures. As usual we would see two groups.(the girls and the boys with the certain exception) Hehe... We would see Cheak and Soo Sing together chatting and some people would come in and interrupt them. It is envious for us bachelors to see those two chatting and they are doing it besides a small lake filled with beautiful fishes. As the fishes swam around it was romantic.
It was a very dissapointing as our guests failed to arrived as we had given them a last minute notice about the dinner we were having. I guess they have their own plans for the weekend. Well right after Aminah sensei gave us the news, we quickly line up and began our buffet. As they say it first come first serve, those who were fast got to choose the best. As the line were long and slow, the others decided to go after the appertizer and the drinks. We ate what we had chosen and we go another round and another and another... till it is time for the Sembahyang Isyak and Terawikh for the Muslims. The others would walk around after filling their stomach and continue their chatting.

The most interesting thing is a blackout happened. While it happened I was sitting with... (please guess) The guys were having different thoughts all at the same time as they began making noises. Well it was nothing as the blackout lasted for a few minutes. Well, the experience there was worth it but some were luckier to chat with the manager of the place as he explained about the resort. The resort's designs were not thought up by an architect but by someone who have not studied architecture. Architects who have seen it are amaze by the designs. Make me wonder whether it is important for us to be universities graduates. It ended quite well for the exception that Aminah sensei had to pay for a broken chair.

P.S: I was not one of the culprit involved in the crime.
